Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The Salon & Spa Management module works with both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions, as well as Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, and On-Premise deployments.
Absolutely. Both order types coexist. You can create a Service Order for walk-ins choosing individual treatments, and a Package Order for pre-configured bundles — all within the same module.
When a customer arrives, staff click 'Create Salon Order' on the appointment. The system generates a new order pre-filled with all appointment details (customer, employee, services, chair) — no re-entry required.
After a service is completed, staff click the Rating button on the Salon Order. The system sends a feedback email to the customer. They select an emoji rating and write a comment. The response is recorded against the order.
Yes. Customers with portal access can log in to the Odoo website portal to view all their appointments and orders, and download them as PDF reports. Access is read-only.
Yes. The module provides four printable PDF reports (Appointment Details/History, Order Details/History) and two live analytical views (Appointment Analysis and Order Analysis) with chart and pivot table functionality.
